Cathlaine Ellen Fordham

FORDHAM - Cathlaine Ellen Fordham of Jacksonville, FL went to be with the Lord on March 11, 2021 at the age of 58 at Baptist Medical Center. She was born October 02, 1962 in Jacksonville, FL., the second child of five born to the late Mercer Euree “Mickey” Fordham and Elaine Ginger (Taylor) Porter. She was born and raised in Jacksonville, FL. She is survived by her former husband of 28 years, John Padgett Sr.; her son and daughter-in-law John (Sarah) Padgett Jr., her two daughters and one son-in-law Christina Ann Capstraw, and Ashley (Nicholas) Pugh; six grandchildren Elaina Padgett, Alexander “Alex” Pugh, Elijah Padgett, Joseph Capstraw, Ryan Capstraw, and baby boy Pugh due in August of 2021; sisters Teresa (Kenny) Bushor, Debbie Fordham, Carol Anne (Guillermo) Fordham, and brother Robert “Gene” Fordham. She is also survived by numerous cousins, aunt and uncles, nieces, nephews, and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and older brother Robbie Fordham. Memorial services will be held at Lannie Road Baptist Church, 5998 Lannie Rd. Jacksonville, FL 32218, on Saturday July 10, 2021 at 11am. Family and friends will be gathering to share memories and celebrate her life.
