Charity Louise Carter passed away at 3:45am on Friday morning, September 30, 2016, while in Hospice. She was a longtime resident of Jacksonville and retired from the School Board in 1994. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clint; son, Chuck; and daughter-in-law, Susan. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Beth and Dave Farrington; grandson and granddaughter, Charlie and Caroline Carter; nieces and nephews; and the family she so loved at Heritage Crossing. “Mom, we already miss you.”
