REID - Charles was born in New Rochelle, NY. He was a retired Navy Vietnam Veteran. He received the Silver Star Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal, Vietnam Service Medal with 3 stars, Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal (Korea), Navy Unit Commendation and Armed Forces Gallantry Cross.. He was a loving husband, step-father and Grandfather. He is survived by his wife, Elaine, stepsons, Jarod Metlin (Marina), Shaun Metlin (Melissa) son, Charles F Reid III (Monica), grandchildren, Tyler, Hailey, Logan, Christian, Evan and Jaxson, sisters, Carroll & Susan. He is predeceased by his Parents, Charles Sr. & Margaret, also brother Richie. He will be missed by all.
