JoAnne passed away peacefully at home June 14th after living her entire life to its fullest. JoAnne was born in West Virginia and relocated to Jacksonville, FL where she met and married the love of her life, Wah Kuey “Buck” Eng. They were married for 50 years prior to his passing in 2013. Her loving daughter, Minnetta Anne Watts, survives her. JoAnne spent most of her time caring for others; from her tenure at Justina Elementary School where she retired, to the love for her daughter and other family and friends. She loved sewing, crafts, and traveling. In recent years she had been water rafting in Bryson City on the Ocoee River and also visited the Red Rocks in Colorado, both with her daughter. JoAnne was adventurous and spunky. She was the ‘rock’ of the family.
