On August 1, 2020, god opened his arms for selfless Cheryl Ann Kline (Cherry), age 73. She was born in West Grove, PA on May 4, 1947 and graduated from Avon-Grove area High School. On December 17, 1966 she married Robert L. Kline. She started a career in banking and worked her way up to branch manager in multiple locations, then later pursued a life of travel as a promoter for various symphonies. This career was perfect for the song bird inside. Eventually she settled back in Jacksonville, FL where she recently worked for both H&R Block and Hardage Giddens Greenlawn Funeral Services. She has always been God loving and active in the church and recently became a loving part of Geneva Presbyterian Church in Switzerland, FL. She is survived by her son Robert L. Kline and daughter Tracey L. Abrams, along with 3 sisters, Cindy Lynch, Penny Knotts and Andrea Yokum. She was a woman that shared extreme compassion for others and always listened to what anyone had to say. She never judged or expected anything in return. She will dearly be missed….A visitation will be held at Hardage-Giddens Greenlawn Funeral Home on Monday, August 10, 2020 from 6:00pm-8:00pm. Funeral services to be held on Tuesday, August 11, 2020 beginning at 10:00am at the funeral home and she will be laid to rest at Greenlawn Cemetery following the funeral services. Due to the difficult times we are in, a memorial service and celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
