

Chris was a successful small business owner and the founder of Jacksonville’s first F45 Fitness studio, where he built a strong and supportive community that meant so much to him. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration. A certified personal and group fitness professional, Chris was deeply passionate about health, wellness, and helping others live their best lives.
Above all, Chris was a loving husband, father, son, and friend. He inspired countless people through his strength, positivity, and unwavering passion for health and wellness. His presence, encouragement, and generous spirit touched the lives of many and will be deeply missed.
Chris was preceded in death by his sister, Windy Crews, and his father, Clifford James Crews. He is survived by his wife, Jennifer Crews of Jacksonville, Florida; his daughter, Caitlyn Jessie Crews of Asheville, North Carolina; his son, Caden James Crews of Jacksonville, Florida; and his mother, Trecia Crews of Jacksonville, Florida. His family would also like to express their heartfelt gratitude to the Mayo Clinic Florida providers who cared for him during his fight with cancer.
A Celebration of Life will be held for Chris on Saturday, June 6, at 11:00 a.m. at Hardage-Giddens Oaklawn Chapel, 4801 San Jose Boulevard, Jacksonville, Florida 32257.
