Cindy was survived by her children, Cynthia Ware (Daryl) of Green Cove Springs, FL and Kaddie Bates (Shawn) of Jacksonville, FL. She was also survived by her three grandchildren Dyllon Ware, Kayley Ware, and Hayden (Peanut) Ware, Brother - Allen White (Linda), Brother- Mark White (Carla), Sister – Jennifer Jones (Randy) and many nieces and nephews. Cindy was preceded in death by her late husband Jimmy Dorsey Parnell Jr. from Middleburg, FL.
Cindy was born in Homerville, GA to James Arthur and Lorene Gilbert White on December 8, 1961. After graduating, she was a long time employee, of 25 years, for Publix Supermarket as a Deli Associate and retired in 2012. She always enjoyed her grandchildren and loved animals very much. Her faith was also extremely important to her and she enjoyed listening to scripture.
