KIRK – Cora H. Kirk, 84, passed peacefully August 11, 2010 in Jacksonville, FL. Born on December 16, 1925 in Atlanta, Georgia to the late Bertton Hunt and Florence Alvie Cunningham. Cora was a devoted homemaker and loved nothing more than to care for her loving family. Cora is preceded in death by her husband, Linton D. Kirk. She leaves behind to cherish her memory, 3 sons, Linton Ronny (Bobria) Kirk, Tony G. Kirk, Perry H. (Janis) Kirk; sisters, Frances Ferber and Betty Carter; 4 grandchildren, Lona, Veronica, Rachel and Rebecca; 3 great-grandchildren. A Visitation will be held Friday, August 13, 2010 at 10:30 a.m. with Funeral Services to follow at 11 a.m. at Hardage Giddens Funeral Home of Mandarin with Rev. Paul E. Murphy, Jr. officiating.
