Cynthia "Cindy" Crosby Tremaroli

Cynthia (Cindy) Tremaroli, 76, was born on 12/18/1940 in Island Grove, Florida, passed away peacefully in the comfort of her home under Hospice in-home care and is now resting with her precious heavenly father and savior, Jesus Christ, on 3/15/2017. Cynthia was a graduate of Hawthorn High School, Hawthorn, Florida and Jones Business College, Jacksonville, Florida. Cynthia was employed by Standard Oil for ten years and then Seaboard Coast Line Railroad, which merged into CSX Transportation, until she retired on 1/10/2002 with thirty-one years service in revenue accounting. Cynthia married Kent Rowland in Jacksonville. Kent passed away suddenly on March 30, 1988. Cynthia met Larry Tremaroli while employed at CSX. Cynthia and Larry were married in a beautiful small chapel on October 15, 1994 in Jacksonville, Florida. Cynthia was a devout Christian, led others to the ministry of Christ, and was very active in the First Baptist Church of Jacksonville, where she joined on May 27, 1979. Cynthia enjoyed arts and crafts, sewing, and shopping in general. Cynthia always helped others in need. Cynthia is survived by her husband Larry; brother Keith Crosby (Carol), Ocala, FL.; nieces, Tammy Edy, Rockhill, South Carolina and Tina Branan (Mike), Debary, FL.; nephews, Todd Crosby (Tana), Brooksville, FL., Ray Rowland, Jr. (Sandi), Cookeville, Tennessee; Dan Rowland (Brooke), Williamsburg, VA., step-sons, Chad Tremaroli (Stacey), Sydney Australia, Brad Tremaroli (Crystal), Dover, NJ., and Craig Tremaroli (Melanie), Fairfax, VA., and loving grandmother to nine step-grandchildren, Sydney, Paige, Blaize, Mia, Jack, Scarlett, Taylor, Connor, and Carson; Also her beloved dog BEAR, of thirteen years. Cynthia was preceded in death by her parents, Chet and Helen Crosby; sister Sylvia Crosby; and brother James T. Crosby. The Funeral Service will be held at 1:00pm on Saturday, March 18th in the Chapel of Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home of Mandarin with Rev. Paul Murphy officiating. Private Interment will be held at Jacksonville National Cemetery.
