Daniel John Mas

Daniel John Mas, 23 of Jacksonville, Florida passed away on Sunday, June 9, 2013. Daniel graduated from The Bolles School in 2008 and from FSU in 2012 with a B.S. Degree in International Affairs. He was a first year Law student at Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville. Daniel is survived and will be dearly missed by his mother Debbie da Silva, his father Juan C. Mas and his loving sister Catherine. He is also survived by his maternal grandparents Victor and Isabel da Silva and his paternal grandfather Dr. Miguel Mas, Sr. Additionally, he leaves behind a large extended family including aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and many others who were fortunate enough to have shared precious time together with Daniel. A celebration of Daniel's life will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, June 15, 2013 at the Hardage-Giddens Hendricks Chapel with Father John Reynolds as celebrant. In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made in his honor to The Bolles School. Hardage-Giddens, 4115 Hendricks Avenue is serving the family.
