David graduated from Sandalwood high school in 1979. He worked for Clean Harbors Environmental Services since 2012.
David enjoyed NASCAR, Fishing, hunting and loved Elvis.
He was preceded in death by his Father Donald R. Carter, Mother Jacqueline L. Wilson and Step Mother Mary C. Carter.
He is survived by his Sister, Tina Seal and Brothers Donnie Carter and Gene Tomlin. Nieces, Christy Seal, Lisa Carter- Smith. Nephews Christopher Seal, Brandon Seal, Chad Carter and Danny Carter. Many other family members and friends.
He attended North Jax Baptist Church.
A Graveside Memorial Service will be held at 11a.m. on Saturday December 3, 2016 at Greenlawn Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of HARDAGE-GIDDENS GREENLAWN FUNERAL HOME.
