David C Moody

away September 14, 2010 after a

lengthy illness. He was born on

December 4, 1933 in Jacksonville.

Dave, as he was to known to his

family and friends retired from

Anchor Glass Container after

39 years of service and from

Jaxport after 5 years of service.

He was preceded in death by his

parents and a son, David.

Survivors include his loving wife,

Judy, 2 sons, Allen (Kelly),

Buddy (Cindy); 3 daughters,

Stephanie (Steve), Diane and

Conni; 13 grandchildren, Holly,

Davey, David, Haley; Mandy,

Michael, Brittany; Melissa,

Amanda, Josh; Andy, Lauren,

Rachael and 24 great-grandchildren.

Dave is also survived by his

loving and faithful companion,

his dog, “RUDY”.

The family will receive friends

on Friday, September 17 from 6 pm

to 8 pm at Hardage-Giddens Edgewood Funeral Home, 729 South Edgewood Ave., Jacksonville, FL 32205.

Funeral services will be held on

Saturday, September 18 at 2 pm

in the Chapel of Hardage-Giddens Edgewood Funeral Home.

Interment will immediately follow

the service in Riverside Memorial Park.
