Master Chief David J. Tomlinson USN/R age 80 years old, long time resident of Jacksonville, died May 1, 2022. David was preceded in death by his parents Edmund and Eleanor Alletag Tomlinson, sister Kathleen Schumacher and husband Ernest, nephew Willi Schumacher. He is survived by his wife Susan, son William Tomlinson, stepson Cameron Cushenbery and wife Kristin, stepdaughter Sheridan Milenchick and husband Brad; nieces Linda Bernstein, Cathy Hoganson, and nephew David Schumacher; grandchildren, Jasmyne and Julia Tomlinson, Lauren, Aaron and Ethan Milenchick, Kinsley and Colin Cushenbery. The family will receive friends on Monday May 9, 2022 from 5 pm to 7 pm at Corey-Kerlin Funeral Home, 940 Cesery Blvd. Jacksonville, FL. 32211. A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, May 10, 2022 at St. Paul United Methodist Church, 8264 Lone Star Rd.. Burial to follow at Evergreen Cemetery (Gate 5) with Military Honors.
