Dawn C. Hoffman

HOFFMAN Dawn Hoffman, 28, passed away after a lengthy battle with cancer on August 21, 2009. She graduated from Orange Park High School in 1999where she enjoyed cheerleading and her many friends. Upon graduation, Dawn went into the mortgage lending business and excelled at Washington Mutual.She loved life and lived it to the very fullest. Dawn grew up attending St. Catherine’s Catholic Church and is currently a member of Arlington Church of Christ. She is survived by her beautiful children: her son Tyler and daughter Jordan. Her loving parents, Brendan Hoffman and Linda Brown; step parents Cathy Hoffman and Milton Brown. She also leaves behind her loving brother and sister, Stephen Steighner and Kristie Wooten; two grandfathers, David Rhoden and Lloyd Hoffman. Dawn also leaves behind numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends. Dawn, even though you are no longer with us here-you will always be in our hearts.Funeral services for Dawn will be held 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 26, 2009 at Arlington Church of Christ, 6215 Arlington Rd. N., interment will follow in Jacksonville Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 25, at Corey-Kerlin Funeral Home, 940 Cesery Blvd. In Lieu of flowers contributions can be made to Arlington Church of Christ, 6215 Arlington Rd.
