Deborah Lynne Garay was 59 years old, born November 19th, 1961 and raised in Arab, Alabama. She was always a warrior and fought her battle against non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma relentlessly for two years, until the very end. She excelled at her work with Florida Blue, as a Senior Director of Financial Reporting and Risk Arrangement. She will always be remembered as an incredibly proud mother, kind-hearted, loving, supportive, and extremely strong woman who could handle anything that came her way. She loved her family tremendously and will always be loved whole-heartedly in return. She will be joining her predeceased grandparents, O.D. and Lela Horsley, Roland and Flossie Turner, as well as her father, J.F. Horsley and her brother-in-law, Phil Landers. She is survived by a loving and caring family: her best friend and husband of thirty-six amazing years, Jose Garay, 29-year-old son, Kevin Garay, 26-year-old daughter, Heather Garay, mother, Peggy Horsley, sister, Karen Landers, two nephews, Clint (Kristen) and Cole Landers, great-niece, Kayleigh Landers, mother-in-law, Elsa Hernandez, father-in-law, Carlos Lehmacher, and her four adorable fur-babies: Roxie, Charlie, Jessie, and Lexie.
