Debra was a nurse for Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville and retired after 42 years of dutiful and loyal service to her community.
Debbie as she was called by all, had several passions, first and foremost her Lord and Savior, and her husband Victor. She also loved gardening, bird watching, traveling, cooking, the beach and collecting seashells.
She is preceded in death by her Mammaw Jane Calloway, and her father George Lee Hill.
She is survived by her husband Victor Soud, Jr., her mother Ann Hill, sisters Bonnie Young, Donna Duckworth and Lee McCall, a niece Jennifer McLendon and nephews Terry Scott and Brian Scott.

A graveside service for Debra will be held Thursday, May 23, 2024 at 11:00 AM at Oaklawn Cemetery, 4801 San Jose Blvd., Jacksonville, FL 32207.
