Diane Wexler Greenbaum, Age 86, died peacefully at home surrounded by family on January 2, 2024. Born in Valdosta, GA on January 19, 1937. An alumna of Florida State University, she worked as a social worker at St. Luke's/Mayo Clinic. For 28 years, she was the beloved wife of the late Norman Greenbaum z"l. Loving mother to Alex Greenbaum, Eileen Astra (Louis), Sandy Tall (David), Pam Phillips (Scott), Marcia Greenbaum, and Miriam Greenbaum z"l. Beloved grandmother of Maura, Arielle, and Jana Astra, Shira, Norman, and Evan Tall, Harrison, Jackie, and Montgomery Phillips, and Ari, Shoshana, and Benjamin Howard.
Services and burial at Evergreen Cemetery/New Center Memorial Park on Thursday, January 4 at 10:30 AM. In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to Hillel at Florida State University or the Miriam Greenbaum Fund at the Jacksonville Jewish Center.
