

Dolores was dedicated to her family, her friends and loved the game of ice hockey. She was the goalie for the Lucky Pucks, Ft. Myers, FL. She also was successful at promoting the Body By Vi Challenge attaining the position of One Star Ambassador. Her passion for life was contagious and her legacy lives on both with her family and her friends.
Member, Secretary and Registrar, Player for Florida Women's Hockey League, she won Florida Recreation Division State Championship in February 2011 as Goalie with four shutouts. Dolores was a proud Sponsor for the Andrew Turner Memorial Track Meet.
Preceded in death by her son, Andrew Turner, she is survived by her devoted husband of 32 years, John M. Turner; sons, John C. “Chris” Turner, Matthew “Matt” J. Turner and Justin H. Turner all of Jacksonville; mother, Opal Culbertson; father, Archie Case; sisters, Gail Jones and Patricia Walker; many other family members and friends.
Visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, December 30th in Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home of Mandarin. The Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 31st in Fruit Cove Baptist Church, 501 State Road 13, Saint Johns, FL 32259 with Timothy Maynard as Officiant, followed by interment in Mandarin Cemetery.
