Donna Catherine French

Donna was known by many in Jacksonville as "The Candle Lady" making and selling wax votive candles in a wide range of scents here in Jacksonville, she was featured on the local news and papers. She held a Bachelor's degree with a focus on Early Childcare and Development from The Ohio University. Donna moved to Jacksonville to have her daughter. To meet her was to love her, she lit up the room with her smile and conversation. She was always kind and compassionate to those in need. She was happiest when telling people about her daughter whom she had at home. In retirement she loved doing puzzles, playing card games, sitting with her little dog and cat in the morning, and greeting her local city workers with water and holiday treats.

She is survived by her only daughter Sarah Ellen French, Jacksonville, FL as well as her beloved third husband and childhood sweetheart, Mark Orrin Frink
