Was born on February 29, 1960 to Georgia Williams in Jacksonville Florida at Duval County Hospital.
She is survived by her only child, Will Frazier.
Donnella graduated from. Ribault Highschool. Before she became disabled she worked in the field of Cosmology. She enjoyed doing hair and doing any type of makeover activity that she could.
Donnella was born with a rare genetic disorder called Marfan's Syndrome. It took a serious toll on her life. Most people with Marfan's only live to be around the age of 35. She battled through numerous surgeries. including her back, knees and a major heart surgery. She always stayed positive and survived to the young age of 51. She enjoyed people, life and poetry to the fullest. She touched every single person she met in such a beautiful way that can't be explained. She absolutely will never be forgotten.
