Donnie Allan Brown

Mr. Donnie Allan Brown age 53 of Jacksonville was called home to be with his Savior on March 20, 2014. He was born in Georgia to the Late J.T. and Lucile Brown. He is predeceased by his brother Bobbie Brown. He leaves behind to cherish his memory his loving wife of 24 years, Linda Brown, daughter Tara, of Jacksonville, sister, Janice Lee (Wayne) of Lawrenceville, Ga., mother–in-law Mary T. Villarreal, six sister-in-laws, numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, a host of friends and extended family.

Donnie was retired from the Navy after serving 30 faithful years. He enjoyed watching NASCAR, working on cars, Atlanta Braves baseball and working in his garden. He was a member of the VFW Post 7909 in Jacksonville Florida

Visitation with the family will be Tuesday March 25th, 2014 from 6-8 p.m. at Hardage-Giddens Blanding Blvd Chapel 5753 Blanding Blvd Jacksonville, Florida. The Funeral Service will be Wednesday March 26th, 2014 at 11:00 at the Chapel with the Rev. Alesia Scott-Ford officiating. Burial will follow in the Jacksonville National Cemetery.
