PAYNE - Doris (Elaine) Payne, born January 19, 1952 joined her Parents in Heaven on May 7th ,2019. She was preceded in death by her parents Richard (Pelican) and Myrtle Millington. She is survived by her brothers Richard (RJ) Millington Jr and Charles (Peanut) Millington, her daughters Erica Crutchfield, Jennifer Millington, and Stephanie Payne, 9 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. She was a loving and hard working Mother. She spent her time with her Grandchildren, biking, walking and collecting shells on the beach. She taught us to work hard at everything we do and to never give up. We will miss you Momma!
