I had the pleasure of meeting Dot only a few short weeks before her passing. I got to spend a little bit of time sitting beside her and talking while a few of her favorite television shows played in the background. We'd talk about Connecticut, where we both were born and spent our childhoods. I witnessed the incredible extent of a daughter's love as Lori saw to her mom's every need - both actual and anticipated. Dot spoke often of her pride and love for Lori and Alan. She was loved! I was glad to have met her and to have spent time with her. My deepest sympathies to Lori and Alan and great family.

Lynn, your Mom will truly be missed. She was such a hard worker, always kind, always cheerful and her quick wit. She always told it like it was. Being your best friend since 1985 I had the pleasure to be around your Mom.. I'm sorry for your loss and your family. I'm so happy you spent so much time with her. To hold her hand until the very end was a Blessing to you from her. May she Rest In Peace..
