I knew Duane he was a very friendly person almost like a big teddy bear soft-spoken. Whenever I went over to Mario‘s shop DUANE would be hanging around helping his brother. Missed in this life and looking forward to him in the next life God bless. Rich Allen

My heart goes out to the family for the loss of my  dear friend D. I know how much he meant to all of us. I remembered all the time we spent together while serving in the U.S. Navy.  He was so special to me, he became the God Father of my first born. I will always keep you in my thoughts and prayers. I love you brother. RIP.

My brother and I was the same soul. Music was shared constantly. Our choice of music was Chicago finest House Music. It’s a blend of urban beats to old school R&B. Hours upon hours we would share listen and then have a reviewing session to talk how it rock our souls. He was my support, he always called me his Mary J Blige. The reason why he compared me to her was when something goes wrong we were always able to get back up shake it off and make beautiful music while elevating ourselves. Road-trips before his health got worst was filled with some many memories.  
I remember when  he let me drive the Expedition. This SUV by any means was not the normal feel. The headliner was crush blue velvet, leather seating and Lincoln Navigator rims, all I was thinking is you better not scratch it. So the nervous state set in when I was asked to take over so he could get some rest. I sailed that baby. Smooth ride all the way home. Did I mention I drove through Atlanta, eyes focused on the road and my playing house music. When we got home he stated he now have to co-pilots, my sister Shawnice and I. I have no words on how I am going to miss him, he is my big brother, no one can fill his shoes when I need to talk. Thank God I have Jesus.
