My husband and I are so sorry to hear of our landlord's death. We only found out by accident, We were trying to contact him about a plumbing problem and wondered why his voicemail was full. I decided to try to find his address on the internet. That's when I found his obituary. We wish we had known in time for the funeral. He was a kind man. We'll miss him, Prayers for family and friends. Lovingly, Nancy and Dwight Thomas

To the family and friends of Mr. Earl. I am a former tenant of Mr.Earls for many years and just want you to know from the bottom of my heart that he was one of the most kindhearted men i ever knew!!! Mr. Earl would do anything i asked him to do to my house. He said Darlene you keep a very fine house let me know if you need something. He was known all over the eastside of jacksonville and people in the low-income community respected him, Mr Earl didn't care if you were black, white. beige or brown!!! He treated you with respect and if you got out of line with him he would put you in check!!! Mr.Earl was a hard working man. Mr earl would call me and say darlene i'am going be there in an hour to fix whatever it was and i would say mr.earl didn't you just get off work and we would laugh, WELL to make a looong story short MR. Earl was a good man and he will be missed!!! Rest In paradise Mr. Earl and no working in heaven!!
