

Edward Franklin Sullivan, Jr. "Buddy", 83, of Jacksonville Florida passed away peacefully on September 8, 2014. He served in the United States Air Force and retired from AT&T after 32 years of service. He served with the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office Reserves for 11 years. His most cherished times were spent with his brothers, sisters, and family. He graduated from Immaculate Conception in 1949 and played football with the St. Paul's High School Ramblers from 1945-1949. He leaves behind his loving wife of 65 years, Barbara Tisdel Sullivan. 2 sons, Mark (Traci) and Scott (Connie) 2 daughters, Darleen Macomber (Bill) and Kim Brown (Billy), 8 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren, 1 brother, James "Jimmy" Sullivan, and 1 sister, Barbara Sullivan Guyton.He is predeceased by his parents, Edward F. and Ida M. Sullivan, his brothers Marion "Dee Dee", Clifford, and Eugene "Gene", his sisters Anna "Connie" Bonds and Doris Smith.Viewing will be held Wednesday, September 10, 2014 from 6pm-8pm at Corey Kerlin Funeral Home, 940 Cesery Blvd. Funeral will be held Thursday, September 11, 2014 at 11am at Resurrection Catholic Church 3383 University Blvd N.
