WADE - Elizabeth McDowell Wade, 89, of Crescent Beach, FL, passed away on August 26th, 2010. Elizabeth had a strong passion for her family, animals, the stage and acting. She enjoyed watching the sunrises and sunsets and having long walks on the beach.
She is preceded in death by parents, Neill Gillespie Wade, Jr. and Mary Eliza McDowell Wade; brothers, Lewis Ivey Wade, Sr., John Malcolm Wade, Neill Gillespie Wade, III. She is survived by her sister, Margaret Wade Stewart of Enoree, SC, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Service will be held at 2:00pm on Tuesday, August 31st, with Visitation one hour prior in the Chapel of Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home, 4115 Hendricks Ave, followed by interment in Oaklawn Cemetery, 4801 San Jose Blvd, Jacksonville, FL.
