Fay E. Cruickshank

Fay E. Cruickshank, 74, of Jacksonville passed away on February 24, 2014. She was born on May 19, 1939 in Blackshear, GA. Fay was a very talented seamstress for the greatest part of her adult life, and she worked at and managed several garment companies in the Jacksonville area. She loved to travel and made numerous road trips with several of her friends. Fay was a member in good standing of the Women of the Moose, Chapter 305. She was preceded in death by her parents, Dewey F. Gaster and Mary Brunson, two bothers, Dewey Gaster and Wendell Gaster, and a sister, Linda Russell. She leaves behind to mourn, a son, William "Bill" Murray (Debra McFalls), several nieces and nephews and many dear friends. A graveside service will be held on Friday, February 28, 2014 at 10:30 AM at Evergreen Cemetery, 4535 N. Main Street with Pastor Virgil Jerrell of Friendship Community Church officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in her name may be sent to the McGraw Center for Caring (Hospice), 4715 Worrall Way Jacksonville, FL 32244.
