Frankie was born in Washington DC on January 15, 1944 to Frank Rozman and Myrtle Steward Rozman. She graduated from Ribault High School in Jacksonville FL, and was a retiree from Independent Life Insurance Company. She was an active member of the North Jacksonville Baptist Church.
Frankie was predeceased by her husband, Michael Eminisor. She is survived by her sister Elva Rozman Knoles (Lawrence) of Eucha OK; by her niece Karann Schaller (Jeremy) of New Hartford CT; and by Karann's two children.
Viewing and service will begin Wednesday, March 19, 2025 at 1:00 PM at Corey-Kerlin Funeral Home, 940 Cesery Boulevard, Jacksonville, followed by a short reception.
In lieu of flowers, gifts in honor of Frankie's life may be made to the North Jacksonville Baptist Church.
