Forrest Steven Smith

Steve and Gloria married on November 2nd, 1987. Carli was welcomed into the family in 2007. Steve worked at Central Florida Health Alliance as Director of Diagnostic Imaging for 31 years and then retired. His love of life was his family. He loved going to the beach and taking his family to Disneyworld for the weekend and listening to music.

Steve was deeply loved and will be missed. Survivors are his wife, Gloria of 32 years; daughter, Carli; brother, Rick Smith and wife Jeanette of Vero Beach, Florida; sister, Lou Tarwin and fiancé Jack Crocetta of Sebastian, Florida.

He was preceded in death by his by father, Paul Smith; mother, Edith; and sister, Paula La Porte.

Gloria and Carli would like to thank their friends and family for being supportive thru his illness. Abiding by his wishes he will be cremated.

Should friends desire at Steve’s request, donations may be sent to St. Jude’s Children hospital.
