On July 28, 2021, Frances Alberta Dooley, loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend, passed away at the age of 83. Frances was born April 9, 1938 in Shamokin, Pennsylvania to Walter and Frances Belskie.
Frances is survived by sons Bob (Lana) and Tom (Lesli), sisters Helen Leader and Rita (Mel) Hardyman, brothers Robert Belskie, Eddie (Joyce) Bielski and Mike (Kathy) Belskie, grandchildren Erica (Darren) Wilks, Bobby (Loryn) Dooley, and Zophia Dooley, and three great-grandchildren Trinity Wilks and Brianna and Bellamy Dooley. Frances will also be remembered by several nieces, nephews, and extended friends and family.
Frances was preceded in death by son David Dooley, her parents Walter and Frances, brothers Walter and Joseph, and sister Elizabeth Mitchell.
A memorial service will be celebrated in memory of Frances on Saturday August 21, 2021 at 11:00am at Corey-Kerlin Funeral Home 940 Cesery Blvd, Jacksonville, Fl 32211.
