DUNCAN- Frances M. Duncan, 73, passed away on Friday, June 28, 2019. Mrs. Duncan was born on November 22, 1945 in Jacksonville, Florida to the late Carey Columbus Kerby and Myrtle Ditmore Kerby. Frances retired from the City of Jacksonville as an Administrative Assistant for the Property Appraiser’s Office. Mrs. Duncan later decided to go back to work as a bookkeeper with the Duval County School Board. She was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Clyde Ray Duncan in August of 2009 and is survived by her daughter, Melanie L. Mondrut; 2 grandchildren, Nicolas Mondrut and Marissa Mondrut; her sister, Patricia K. Barber; 2 brothers, Ollen Ron “Bubba” Kerby and Donald David Kerby. The family will receive family and friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 2, 2019 at Corey-Kerlin Funeral Home, 940 Cesery Blvd., Jacksonville, Florida 32211. In lieu of flowers donations in Mrs. Duncan’s memory can be made to the American Cancer Society.
