Francisca “Fran” Pelegrin, 67, passed away peacefully in her home, Wednesday, December 11, 2024 in Jacksonville, Florida. She was born in Bronx, New York, June 18, 1957. She graduated from Miami Norland High School in 1975. Fran worked for AT&T for 33 years and she retired in 2008. She was married to Artiles Pelegrin for 44 years and she loved him well beyond the day he passed.
Fran, a proud mother, is survived by her two sons, Victor (Azaly) and Carlos. She was a loving grandmother to her three granddaughters, Kylie, Kelsey and Alyza. She is predeceased by her parents, Francisco & Carmen Alejandro. She loved beach days, gathering with and cooking for her family. She was a great Salsa and Merengue dancer and a fun person to be around. She was also a loyal fan of the Florida Gators.
A celebration of life for Francisca will be held Saturday, February 1, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Hardage - Giddens Greenlawn Funeral Home, 4300 Beach Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32207.
