Frank Lich, 79, passed away into the presence of his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on July 13, 2013 at Baptist Medical Center South. He was born in Oak Hill, WV in 1933 to Mr. and Mrs. Frank Lich. Frank served in the US Army during the time of the Korean War. Frank went on to help write the parts catalog for American Motors in Milwaukee, WI. He then became a successful parts manager for several auto dealerships in the Jacksonville area. He finished his working life in the City of Jacksonville motor pool. He enjoyed playing golf and fishing, once winning a catfish tournament. He generously supported causes close to his heart such as the Wounded Warriors Project. He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 53 years, Loretta Jean. Frank is survived by his son, Rodney Lich, his daughter-in-law, Sarah, and his grandson, Andrew, all of Middleburg, FL. He is also survived by his brother, Edward of Collierville, TN; and sisters, Mary Zahn of Raleigh, NC, Margaret Childers of Vancouver, WA, and Sheila Dawson of Bend, OR. Family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Friday, July 19th in Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home of Mandarin.
