Gertrude Weinheimer Paskus passed away peacefully in her sleep at Sunrise of Jacksonville on April 13th, 2015. Patti was born in Long Branch, New Jersey in 1921 and was the daughter of Charles Weinheimer and Mary Litz. Her siblings were Frank and Jack Weinheimer. She was married in 1941 to Lindley Garrison Paskus. She was proud to have served in the Red Cross during World War II. Cooking was a passion of hers. She also loved to needle point, travel, dance, interior design and garden. Patti was an avid philanthropist for many organizations. She was the loving mother of Benjamin, John, Charles, Katherine, and Matthew with 14 caring grandchildren and very active great-grandchildren.
