Gordon Gilbert Mackoul, 68-year-old Jacksonville native, passed away July 5th 2013 of complications from heart failure. He was the son of Frank and Mary Mackoul and preceded in death by his parents and brother Gilbert Mackoul. He is survived by a brother, George Mackoul (Carol), and two sisters, Geraldine Ferris and Gail Peck (Daniel); a son, Michael Lanier, and two grandchildren, Miles and Grace. At his bedside were his siblings and nieces, Misty Beebe and Melissa Mackoul. A visitation and memorial service will be held at Corey-Kerlin Funeral Home, 940 Cesery Blvd, on Monday, July 8 from 5:30-7:00 pm.
