

Grace Ann (Wilkerson) Williams, age 58, went home to be with Jesus on August 16, 2025, after a heroic 7 year battle with cancer. Grace, a beloved wife, mother and Gigi to her grandkids, was called a friend by everyone who knew her.
Grace spent her life in education and was the Florida Teacher of the Year in 1998. She went on to become the Owner and Principal of Parsons Christian Academy which was her passion and mission field. She poured out her love to the students, parents, staff and all who came across her path showing the love of Jesus Christ to everyone.
She graduated from Andrew Jackson High School, class of 1984.
She was preceded in death by her father, Billy Ray Wilkerson.
She is survived by her husband, Richard Williams, her three children, Bethany McChriston, Kristin Lang (Nick) and Alex Williams (Charlotte), her grandchildren Addie, Ollie, Murphy and Ezra, her mother Paula (Guerrieri) Wilkerson as well as her "second" mom Rachel Wilkerson, her brothers Billy Wilkerson and Rob Wilkerson, her sisters Theresa McAfee (Sean) and Teri Powell, as well as nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
A celebration of Grace's life will be held at 10:00 a.m. on September 6, 2025, at Arlington Baptist Church in Jacksonville, FL.
Grace's life verse embodied where her strength came from.
"Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me." (Psalm 23:4)
Her legacy of love, faith, strength and compassion will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
In lieu of flowers you may consider a donation in her memory to Parsons Christian Academy to support the mission that was her life's work, helping students and families to succeed and providing a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.
