H. Joel Selber, (78) of Jacksonville, Florida passed away Monday, December 1, 2014. He was a graduate of the University of Florida and spent most of his career as an executive of the All State Pipe and Supply Company. Joel was an active member of the Jacksonville Jewish Center. His last residence in Jacksonville was at The Coves, where he greatly enjoyed singing with the Choraleers. Joel spent his last two years in New York alongside his children and grandchildren.
Joel is survived by his daughter Robin (Jim) Yates, his son Blair (Evelyn) Selber, his grandchildren Paige and Melanie, his sister Ina (Alan) Taffet, and numerous cousins and friends he cherished.
A graveside service will take place at 3:00 PM on Thursday, December 4, 2014 at the Old Center Cemetery, located at Winona Drive and Evergreen Avenue (temple gate) with Rabbi Jonathan Lubliner officiating
