Haley Deneane Humphrey, born March 9, 1971, passed away on October 28, 2024, from complications related to diabetes. Born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida, Haley was the beloved daughter of Brenda D. Welman and the late Dr. George P. Humphrey.
A proud graduate of Wolfson High School, Haley went on to earn her MBA from the University of Florida, where she became a dedicated member of the Delta Gamma Sorority and an enthusiastic supporter of the Florida Gators. Haley’s zest for life shone through in her love for the beach, her passion for music and dancing, and her devotion to her two very special cats, Mitz and Burt.
Haley will be remembered for her contagious smile, infectious laugh, and spunky spirit, which touched the lives of everyone who knew her. Her presence will be dearly missed by friends and family alike.
A celebration of Haley’s life will be held on November 18, 2024, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. at 2935 Forest Circle, Jacksonville, FL 32257. Friends and family are invited to come together to honor her memory and share stories of the joy she brought into our lives.
