Our hearts & prayers are with you.  We'll all miss Uncle Junior, and I know my mom and dad will miss my dad's life-long friend & the New Year's Eve traditions of many years.  He shared his deep knowledge of buying rental units with me last time we spoke.  It was always amazing to me to see his name on CSX real estate signs all over the city.  God Bless you all. The Maguire Family will miss our beloved Freddy! He and Skeetie have been family to us every since we have lived across the street for  23 years. They are our adopted grandparents to our 3 girls. There is only one Freddy in this world and we will miss him everyday. We will cherish all the fun times being together. We will miss that lovable personality, his stories and silly jokes. God has called him home and we know Freddy is no longer in pain.
