To the Whitlow Family,

I was just informed of Miss Harriet's passing the other day when I went to the salon were we would get our nails done. For several years Miss Harriet and I had back to back appointments. I got to know her and always enjoyed our conversations. She often spoke of her family and it was always with such love and pride. I looked forward to seeing her because she was such a happy and loving person. I knew she was in declining health and because she no longer was driving, I did not get to see her when she was able to get to the salon. I am very sadden to hear of her death. I pray that god will comfort you and keep you all during this difficult time. Know that even someone like myself was impacted by Miss Harriet in the little time I got to know her. I sent you my sincerest condolences on your loss.

Karen, so sorry for your loss. Ironically, four years ago, on Nov 9th, my mom died at the age of 93 also. I know how you feel and pray that God will comfort you and your family.

Our deep condolences and prayers to all the family.Jim and I had very special feelings for Aunt Harriet, she of course was not our aunt but always treated us as if we were part of her family. We will certainly miss seeing her at the Crews family gatherings. We were blessed to have known her. Rest in peace our dear friend.
