

Duke was born December 1, 1941 in Jacksonville, Florida. He graduated form Andrew Jackson High School, and then later married his wife, Clarice Sutton Lutins on September 21, 1962.
Duke had a career in banking & finance with SunTrust, and Warren Enterprises. He was a veteran of the United States Army, where he was a staff sergeant. He had a passion for his family, friends, the beach, guns, cars, watches, Fox News, and HGTV.
Duke is survived by his loving wife Clarice, his sister Mona "Toni" Ganey, his son Henry "Hal" F. Lutins IV (wife-Haide), daughter Valerie Lutins Kennedy (husband-John), grandchildren: Candice Fleisher, McKenzie Lutins, Nina Evans (husband-Chuck), Savannah Kennedy and Garrett Kennedy, great grandchild Olivia Jade Evans, and many nieces and nephews.
A visitation for Duke will be held Monday, August 16, 2021 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Hardage - Giddens Greenlawn Funeral Home and Cemetery, 4300 Beach Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32207. A committal service will occur Tuesday, August 17, 2021 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Greenlawn Cemetery, 4300 Beach Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32207. Pastor Walter West from Anastia Baptist Church will be proceeding over the internment.
