GRIMES- Holly Grimes (Morrison), 33, passed away after a lengthy battle with Melanoma on October 3rd, 2011. Holly was born on December 20, 1977 in Jacksonville, FL to David and Kathy Morrison. She graduated from Douglas Anderson School of the Arts, FCCJ, and was a student of FGCU. She was employed by Zwicker and Associates. Holly was a beloved wife, daughter, sister, granddaughter, friend and cat lady.
She is survived by her devoted husband, Ferrin H. Grimes, III; parents, David and Kathy Morrison; father and step-mother-in-law, Hugh and Sandi Grimes and mother-in-law, Rose Fields; sister, Heather Dean; brothers-in-law, Robert L. Grimes and Wayne Dean; sister-in-law, Sarah Grimes; one nephew and four nieces.
A Celebration of Holly’s Life will be held from 6:00-9:00pm on Friday, October 7th with Words of Remembrance at 7:00pm in the Chapel of Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home of Mandarin.
