Ivan will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Tina Nierenberg; children: Christina Nierenberg and Michael Nierenberg; and grandpups; Jax and Cam. He was predeceased by his parents Michael Nierenberg and Harriet Nierenberg.
He was born in Jacksonville, FL on February 17th, 1949. Ivan was a veteran of the U.S. Navy, entering in 1966 and receiving an honorable discharge in 1970; transferring to the Naval Reserve. He began his career with Anheuser-Busch in 1974, retiring in 2005, providing over 30 years of dedicated service.
Ivan enjoyed spending time with family and friends. He was an avid animal lover and never came across an animal in need that he didn’t try to rescue. He once successfully provided mouth-to-mouth resuscitation on the beloved family chihuahua, Angel. Ivan loved the beach and always took the time to admire a beautiful sunset, which he always documented with hundreds of photos. Ivan was affiliated with the Republican Party and a strong supporter. He loved dragging his wife, Tina, to every car and gun show he could find. He will be missed dearly by his family and friends.
