As a fellow physician, I can count on one hand the number of family physicians I would place on our version of Mount Rushmore, and Dr. Revollo is one. He exemplified what is truly noble and good about being a physician. His enthusiasm, altruism, and professionalism is rarely encountered these days. He left quite a legacy of great and fond memories n this city as well as being a positive role model for score s of aspiring physicians. Jacksonville is better for your service to this community. I salute you as a role model and for leaving such a great legacy.

Sweet Dr Revello, I will look for you in heaven when I get there, and hug you in tears of joy! You made me feel cared for when no one else did, you helped steer my perspective from pain and loss, to hope and inspiration in my formidable younger years, you helped save me from a life of poisonous addictions, and near loss of limb. I will never ever forget the years and the compassion you showed me, time and time again. I never felt like just another patient, but an important and valuable human being..which truly made all the difference in the world! There will never be enough words to express my gratitude, and I wish your family my deepest condolence. May they find comfort and joy in having you in there lives. You made such a profound impact on my life and my heart, and will miss you so very dearly..may you live in the heart of God forevermore..I love you always!

I first met Dr. Revollo when I needed a bilingual primary physician for my mom, who had just moved to Jacksonville from Puerto Rico. She was at the beginning stages of dementia and was a bit difficult. Dr. Revollo was so kind and patient with her, she loved going to see him. He always had a calm and sweet composure and made one feel at ease. I was disappointed when changes in insurance meant she could no longer see him and now am heartbroken upon his passing. Not long before mom stopped being under his care I found out that he was my friends Dyana and Alex father and father in law. My deepest condolences to them and the rest of the family upon the loss of such sweet soul.

Oh Doc! You left and I lost a dear friend. We were more than patient and Doctor. We were friends for so many years, from the very first day I met you in 1985 I trusted you. You came to my husbands funeral in '95 you held my hand when we gave him the news. You gave me comfort through so many crisis. I only had to ask for your help and you gave it freely and compassionately.
I know the world is a better place because of you and I am a better person for knowing you.
To the family; Thank you for sharing such a wonderful man. I'm forever grateful.

I was so lucky to have called you my doctor for 22 years, and you would always ask about my eldest son, Nicholas! The world is a brighter place because you graced it with your love. So grateful you were, and will remain a part of my life. Much love to your family! ~ <3 ~

Dr. Revollo was my Doctor for over 20 years. He was the kindest, most considerate man I ever met. Every time I went to his office we had the best discussions. I always felt like I was the only patient he had that day. He was never rushed and listened to everything.
