James (Josh) W. Gilliam, Jr., 54, of St. Augustine, Fla., passed away on Friday, November 1, 2013. He is survived by his father, James W. Gilliam, Sr., of St. Augustine, Fla.; sister, Julie Caligan-Gilliam, of Atlanta, Ga.; ex-wife and friend, Carol McLeod, of Jacksonville, Fla.; and daughter, Sarah Gilliam, of Jacksonville, Fla. He was predeceased by his mother, JoAnn Gilliam.   A native of Lynchburg, Virginia, Josh was owner of Atlantic Pump and Irrigation in St. Augustine, Florida.
