James Jim Allen O'Brien, 62, passed away on Sunday, March 24, 2013. Jim was born in Butler, Pennsylvania to the late Robert E. and Della O'Brien. Jim and Alicia moved from Butler to Jacksonville in 1998. He was the owner/operator of O'Brien Inspection Services. He is survived by his wife Alicia, son Daniel O'Brien (Jennifer), brother Thomas O'Brien (Lin), sister Martha Marty Sheldon (Troy), and granddaughter McKenna O'Brien. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5pm - 7pm on Monday, April 1, 2013. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 2, 2013 in the chapel.
