Janet Marie Owens, 58, went home to be with her Lord on Thursday, September 13, 2018. Mrs. Owens was born and raised in Jacksonville and was a member of Dunns Creek Baptist Church. Janet had been a longtime employee of Vistakon. Survivors include her husband of 34 years, Billy Owens; her mother, Bonnie Brannen; children: Grace, John, Jeremiah, Traci and Kayla (Adam); 2 sisters, Peggy and Phyllis (Wayne); 1 brother, Marty (Tina); 5 grandchildren: Paige, Jaci, Madison, Ryanne and Aleah; and many other loving family and friends. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, September 18, at Dunns Creek Baptist Church, with Pastor David Malmberg officiating.
