Jean Hilton, 82, of Jacksonville, went home to be with the Lord on March 6, 2020. Mrs. Hilton was born in Jacksonville on January 30, 1938 to parents Toney and Luetta (Bielfell) Rupert. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Mrs. Hilton was predeceased by her husband, Robert, in 2011, and a son, Toney, also in 2011. Survivors include son, David C. (wife, Rebeccah) Hilton; daughters, Melinda (husband, Keith) Waddell and Loretta (husband, Terry) Slonaker; sister, Geneva Goldbolt; 10 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, March 11, 2020 in the funeral home chapel with burial to follow at 1 p.m. at the Jacksonville National Cemetery.
