Jeanne C. Weaver (Stellwagen), 94 years old passed away on October 20. 2020. She was a native and a life long resident of Jacksonville, Florida. Graduating from Andrew Jackson High School and attending Stetson University.
She retired from WJCT-TV/Stereo 90 in 1986 and volunteer for over 15 years at St. Lukes, Mayo and St. Vincent's Hospital. In her 30 plus years of retirement she spent many years with her husband Leo Stellwagen enjoying boating along the St Johns River with the Gun and Tackle Club boat club.
She also traveled the entire continental United States – Canada and Mexico in her motor home with her 3rd husband Frank Mobley. Not to mention the world travels to the Holy land and the European countries with a group of travelers.
She is survived by two son Charles Lee Weaver (Sharon) of Jacksonville and Gary Richard Weaver of Flora Home, step daughter Etwinda Braswell, 4 grandchildren Kristi Leigh Menendez of Sarasota, FL, Charles Allan Weaver of Swainsboro, GA, Austin Taylor Weaver of Orange Park, FL and Crystal Leigh McLain (Will) of Callahan, FL, great grandchildren Michael Menendez of Sarasota, FL, Rhylee Leigh Tillis of Callahan, FL and Olivia Weaver of Orange Park, FL, 6 step grandchildren, 14 great step grandchildren and 3 great great step grandchildren.
Jeanne also has a cousin Nancy Raymer from Louisville Ky that she has enjoyed traveling with on many occasions. She also has many other relatives in the Kentucky area.
She was preceded in death by her parents Lee and Alice Chambers of Jacksonville, FL, former husbands O.A. Weaver ( father of her 3 sons), Colonel USA Jag Corp Leo J Stellwagen and Frank Mobley, one son Robert Edward Weaver, 2 step children Carolyn Boisvert and M. Frank Buddy Mobley.
